Before you can make a withdrawal, 21Bit Casino reserves the right to ask you to verify your identity. If you have supplied incorrect or insufficient information the Casino reserves the right to cancel your request. Also, don’t forget that to make a successful withdrawal request, you must first have met any wagering requirements.
Withdrawals using bank transfers have up to a 3-day processing time and can take up to 5 or 7 working days to appear back in your account. They can incur charges depending on which bank is involved.
The fasted bank methods for withdrawals are eWallets and crypto. The minimum amount you can withdraw is generally 30 AUD, but it does depend on the banking method you use (see above table).
The maximum withdrawal limits in any period are:
- Per day – 1,500 AUD
- Per week – 8,000 AUD
- Per month – 25,000 AUD
No more than 2 simultaneous transaction will be allowed. All withdrawal requests are verified by 21Bit’s payment processing team once the last request has been successfully paid out, as long as all other conditions have been met and appropriate checks completed in accordance with the casino’s terms and conditions.
If you wish to withdraw 25,000 AUD or more, 21Bit Casino reserves the right to limit withdrawals to 5,000 AUD per month. If you win a large progressive jackpot, it will, however, be paid in full, albeit in instalments.
You should also be aware that the internal operating currency of the 21Bit Casino is the Euro. Because of this, if you transact in other currencies, the amount deducted from your credit card could be insignificantly higher than shown at the time of transaction due to currency conversions made by your bank or 21Bit’s payment processing system.
